26 members attended, plus RD John Buckley, who presented the Regional Club of the Year award to the Colliton Club

2Minutes of the last AGM
The minutes of the last AGM were circulated and accepted.
3Matters Arising
There were no matters arising
4Election of Officers
The Chairman stated that Allan Swannell had stood down from the committee due to conflict of interests and work commitments at Town Mill Brewery. Frank Younghusband had left the area and had resigned. As there had been no new candidates and the members of the existing committee were all willing to continue he proposed that the remaining committee was re-elected. Carried

The treasurer circulated his report for examination by the membership and was accepted
7Wessex Region Report
As the secretary had been unable to attend the last two Regional meetings Michel Hooper-Immins was asked to briefly cover any Regional points. Michel briefed the meeting on current activities within Wessex. And explained minutes of these meetings were on the Regional website.
8Social Activities
Rich detailed both past and planned social events and was given a vote of thanks for his work from the membership. Rich congratulated Alex and Dave for the continued success of the Wykefest and also thanked Tony for organizing the annual Maltings trip, now in its twelfth year.
Brewers Quay may not be available for Octoberfest next year and a discussion followed on alternative venues. Dave said the Pavilion was the best option and he had had a good offer from them so will proceed down that path.
It was proposed and accepted that Adrian Patterson is appointed GBG Co-ordinator
